* learning to cook with one of my favorite gals (tried it for the first time in my apartment last night with tofu tacos...delish!)
* bringing new life into the (blogging) world -- welcome to the world, Smith!
* decorating my apartment (and finding inspiration)
* red wine and cookie dough ice cream (as a meal)
* my 20 minute commute to work (as opposed to my previous hour and 10!)
* Fiber One pop tarts (they taste like the old school ones to me, and are better for you; hello, new breakfast idea)
