I'm about to succumb to the cliche as of late and list my current state of affairs.
You've been warned.
- Still no word from Birthright. Fingers still crossed, along with the toes.
- I tried to watch the Emmys last night, then got bored. Maybe it's just me, but Neil Patrick Harris was the most exciting part of the night. And all that magic happened in the first 10 minutes.
- I started my new little job today (just part time, nothing to jump up and down and/or scream like a banshee about) and it went pretty well. Work in any way, shape or form is good for me right now.
- There's a big fat hole in my Sundays now because True Blood isn't back for another 9 months. A child can and will be born in that amount of time. It's that long and that painful.
- And speaking of babies, Nicole Richie named her son Sparrow. Now, last time I checked, the below photo was a sparrow.
Is it a bird? Or a baby? Baby bird is not an acceptable answer.- I'm currently reading Firefly Lane and it's very good.
- I'm still madly in love with Matthew Morrison. I won't be threatened if you are too.
- Gingerbread coffee might just be the best thing since sliced bread (everyone says sliced bread, but what I really want to say is sushi).
- If you've made it this far without rolling your eyes, I'm giving you an award (which I haven't created yet, but just might soon).

Thought the same thing about Sparrow and NPH. I respond to randomness :).
I agree with the Emmy's. NPH was the best thing. Plus the fashion of course! This was a great low-key post! =)
Matthew is the reason I'm obsessed with Glee.
(And yes, we are totally on first name basis, and I really want to kill his faux-preggers, lying TV wife.)

and WHY is true blood taking THAT LONG to come back?!?! SERIOUSLY! that's WAY longer than normal. WAY. me and one of my friends have started a support group where we spontaneously text each other whenever we're thinking about true blood. it works. you can join.

Gingerbread Coffee is pretty much the best thing in the world, especially in the fall. Do you know what else is good? French Toast Coffee.
Totally didn't roll my eyes at all. I'm crying for True Blood. I need another addiction to tide me over for 9 months... Pregnancy is not an option!
yay for glee! that show makes me laugh and matthew morrison is pretty adorable.
i can never watch those award shows. talk about zzzzzzzz...but i agree the hosts are usually funny.
nicole richie needs to not have anymore kids. harlow was cute but sparrow?! what next?! i can't even think of a bizarre name. and the poor kid has like 5 names. lol. oh well. celebs are "special" like that.

You're doing birthright? I soo wanted to look into that but then time got away from me and now I think I'm too old. I have a friend that did it though and LOVED the experience.
Who is Matthew Morrison? He looks gorgeous. Sorry, I should probably know. I am happy that you got a part time job - maybe it will turn into something full time, who knows?! Sparrow is a horrible name, seriously. Wanna play next week? Where ya wanna meet?
