Aaand We're Back!

Wow. Where have I been in the world of blog? I wish I could say I've been doing a lot, being so caught up in my busy and exciting life that even the idea of finding 5 minutes to post in my trivial little blog was beyond far-fetched. But alas, no. I've simply been lazy. Lazy, lazy me.

That's not to say that I've been doing absolutely nothing. I'm a PA (that's TV speak for Production Assistant) for a new game show that will air on Nickelodeon called Brain Surge. It's a grand old time, especially since slime is involved. Tape days are on and off, so on the off days I really should be updating this old thing. So here I am, with a lovely case of strep throat to boot.

Hello, blog. I know you've missed me.

I've just begun using Flickr to upload photos and am going to see how that works for a bit. That being said, I've decided to break in Flickr with a few photos from Valentine's Day/Singles Awareness Day/[insert your bitter and sarcastic alternate V-Day title here]...

I made a penis cake, brilliant idea complements of my classy friend Laur. It was a big success (pun intended?). I mean, let's be honest here - when it comes to anything red velvet, any and all judgement automatically goes right out the window. Kristen and Liza helped christen it (above).

One of my all time favorites. Liza (blood sister) and Laur (soul sister). Two beautiful ladies I feel blessed to have in my life. Speaking of which...

My two bests (Kristen's on the left). I love it when different worlds combine (in this case, college [Kristen] and high school [Laur]). The fact that they get along swimmingly is just a major bonus.

It's times like these that the mere thought of the opposite sex is barely in the back of my mind. What more do you need when you have a bunch of fabulous girls and...a cake like this?
